WEEK 8  Body Mechanics (continued)  CASAS POST-TEST ON MONDAY!
Well, we have arrived at the mid-semester point!  Now that you've had lots of practice and review with moving & positioning clients, Manuel will test you on Tuesday night.  Review pages 32-43 to review the steps and practice speaking while you position and turn your clients.  Have you noticed how often your textbook states, "check the care plan"?  Last week, we reviewed a blank care plan in class, and noticed there is a lot of information a PCA needs to know about his or her client. 
We will have our Week 7 test on Thursday night, and then celebrate March birthdays at break time! 
Be sure to review your spelling words and vocabulary words on this website. Also, review the body positioning handout and Gerunds/Infinitives. Can you write sentences using them?
